Sartorius SIMCA Multivariate Analysis

SIMCA is a multivariate data analysis tool developed by Sartorius. Industrial Insight has applied SIMCA to model highly complex data from across a variety of industries. SIMCA can accept data from many sources including time-series data, such as that from the PI system or facility data historians, or even spectra generated from laboratory instruments at your facility. SIMCA can provide both explanatory (why is this happening) and predictive (when will it happen again) models to suit each client's needs.

Recently, SIMCA has been successfully used by Industrial Insight to identify changes in operating parameters that were causing quality issues in a chemical manufacturer's complex batch process.
